Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee any specific outcome, recommendation, or result, and does not create an advisory or client relationship until a separate engagement agreement is signed by both parties.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
